1.1.4. Yacht class - +YACHT I 3/3E/W +MACH according Rules for Classification - Certification of Yachts Bureau Veritas, 1993.

1.2.4. Auxiliary engine.
Auxiliary engine - one marine diesel VOLVO PENTA TAMD31P, power 110 kilowatt (150 h.p.), with reverce reduction gear HS45A.
Speed under engine, in water depth not less than 60 m and water temperature +15 C, with clear hull on measured mile - about 9.0+-0.3 knots.
Stability of yacht in all load conditions meets the requirements of ISO standards.
1.3. General arrangement.
General arrangement of yacht executed according drawing ÍÊÈ102-020-014.
1.4. Environment pollution prevention.
Hull construction, equipment and systems prevent environment pollution. On yacht foreseen sewage tanks, removable jerricans for collecting of bilge water from engine.
2.1. General data.
Construction, materials and strength of hull correspond the destination and exploitation conditions of yacht and meet the requirements of Bureau Veritas.
Dimensions and materials of hull constructions accepted according the recommendations "Rules and regulations for the classification of yachts and small craft. Part 2, Chapter 4 Wood and Composite. Lloyd's Register of Shipping 1979", taking into account recommendations of "Rules and regulations for Special Service Craft, Part 3 General requirements and constructional arrangements, Part 4 Additional requirements for yachts. 1996".
As a material of the main hull used finewood (khaya, sapeli, teak).
Hull shell composed of lath.
Ensured impermeability of hull plating.
2.2. Main hull
Framing system - transversal.
Spacing along the whole length of the yacht - 400mm.
Hull structure - see drawing ÍÊÈ102-021-002.
Main transversal bulkheads are flat, made from marine plywood with vertical ribs.
Reinforcements and foundations for main engine, mechanisms and equipment executed with necessary strength from steel plates
Deckhouse framing system - transversal.
2.4. False keel.
False keel welded, made from steel, filled by lead.
2.5. Hull protection and coloration.
For hull protection foreseen paint coat on outer and inner surfaces of hull and anodes.
Main color of yacht - by the Customer request.
Rig type - sloop.
4. HULL EQUIPMENT.
4.1. Steering gear.
4.1.1. Yacht is equipped with one hanged semi spade rudder, rudder area 2.2 m2 in stern region (fr.0),. Rudder blade framework is made from steel plates, inner volume of the rudder filled with foam plastic. After surfacing rudder blade glue over with glass fabric.
Stock is straight with one journal bearing and one thrust bearing. Joining of stock and rudder blade - welded.
4.1.2. For turning rudder blade from hard over to hard over in steering compartment mounted hydraulic steering gear.
4.2. Anchoring equipment
4.2.1. Anchoring equipment consists of:
- 2 anchors of increased holding power LEWMAR, type CLAW ¹0057950. Anchor fixed on anchor roller on the bow platform, auxiliary anchor stored under the berth in crew cabin. Weight of anchors - 50 kg each.
- windlass LEWMAR, Sprint3000A ¹0063221113.
- chain, LEWMAR, êàëèáðà 7/19" US G4 ISO, chain length - 80m
Chain locker is cylindrical, removable, mounted in forepeak, sides and bottom of chain locker executed from shipbuilding steel. Sides of chain locker covered with rubber. Chain locker equipped with drainage system.
Fixing of anchor provided by chain stopper LEWMAR ¹2417303.
For fixing and emergency output of chain foreseen special shackle near forepick cover.
4.3. Mooring equipment.
For mooring operation on yacht foreseen the necessary quantity of ropes, cleats and mooring chocks.
4.4. Life-saving equipment
Yacht is equipped with one life raft Euro Marine ¹22.706.08 for 8 persons and with the necessary quantity of life jackets.
4.5. Guard railing.
On yacht foreseen guard railing, which consists of rail and gate-type stanchions, stanchion sockets provided by «Plastimo»; stainless guard line D=5mm, tumbuckles and norsemans provided by«WIND».
On aft railing foreseen teak seats (on port side and starboard); bow railing has teak stage.
Aft and bow railings made from stainless tube D=28mm.
Cowl ventilators guarded by railing from stainless tube D=25mm.
Location flagpole - port side aft
Yacht is equipped with fenders F7 EuroMarine ¹33.512.15 (6 items). Fenders stored in after-peak.
5. HULL FITTINGS
5.1. Illuminators and hatches.
Illuminators and hatches are build in hull and arranged according ÍÊÈ102-020-017 "Cut-out lines diagram". All hatches and illuminators provided by LEWMAR.
5.2. Inner doors.
All inner doors are wooden.
6. ISOLATION, COVERING AND COATING.
Sound and thermal in engine room executed by isolation plates.
6.1. Deck cover.
Cover of upper deck and accommodation execute by schemes adjusted with Customer.
All open horizontal parts of upper deck are covered by teak. Stern ladder is also covered by teak.
6.2. Coating of accommodations, equipment and mechanisms.
Preparation of surfaces for painting executed by technology of Supplier, adjusted by Customer.
Painting schemes should be confirmed by the Customer and paint Supplier. Painting executed by high quality paint and lacquers.
7. COMPARTMENTS CLADDING AND FINISHING
In all accommodations settle cladding according to the scheme adjusted with the Customer.
8. COMPARTMENTS FURNITURE.
Compartments furniture in all compartment executed and mounted according general arrangement.
9. POWER INSTALLATION.
9.1. Power installation.
9.1.1. Power installation.
Power installation is single-shaft, consists of marine diesel VOLVO PENTA, TAMD31P with air-cooler and reduction gear HS45A. Propulsion device - fixed-blade propeller.
9.1.2. Power installation main characteristics.
Power (on full speed) provided by engine on shaft - 106 kilowatt (144 h.p.) with frequency of engine crankshaft - 3900 r/min. Fuel consumption on maximum power - 0.253 kg/kWt*hour (0.186 kg/h.p.*hour).
On yacht foreseen engine room in which located marine diesel with reduction gear with the necessary systems.
In engine room also located diesel-generator.
9.1.4. Air inlet and gas outlet.
Air to engine and diesel-generator come from engine room.
Gas outlet from diesel executed from rubber gas outlet hose and accomplish in side higher WL and equipped with water-cooled silencer.
Gas outlet from diesel-generator executed from rubber gas outlet hose and accomplish in side higher WL and equipped with water locker and separator of gas and cooling water.
9.2. Power installation systems.
9.2.1. Yacht is equipped with all necessary systems, which provide functioning of power installation. Necessary equipment located in engine room.
Fuel system consists of fuel inlet pipes and fuel consumed pipe. Marine diesel and diesel generator has got individual fuel feed pipes. In engine room foreseen one fuel tanks, capacity - 1100 liters. Infill of fuel tanks provided through fuel receiver. Fuel tank ventilation executed by vent head with flame retardant grid through air-gas filter. Fuel feed from fuel tank to the main engine and diesel-generator provided by individual pipelines through filters/water segregators. Fuel system pipes material - copper.
Cooling system of diesel and diesel-generator - double circuit individual. Primming of fresh and outboard water provided by pumps, which has driving gear from diesels. Outboard water from cooling system of engine and diesel-generator goes in gas exhaust system of engine and diesel-generator, where it cool off exhaust gases ejected with them outboard.
Engine room ventilation provides keeping allowable gas constitution and air temperature no more than 318 K.
9.2.2. Power installation control.
Power installation control provided from control panel located in cockpit.
9.2.3. Electrical equipment.
As electrical power source used diesel-generator Whisper 12000 with nominal power 12 kilowatt, 230W, 50 Hertz, provided by MASTERVOLT.
9.3. Hull systems
9.3.1. Drainage system.
For compartments drainage foreseen:
- four electrical pumps-SBP130 (max. output - 130 l/min, power supply - 12V) with float switches and control boards;
- one hand diaphragm pump (max. output - 1liter during one move).
Dipping electrical pumps mounted in hold - in compartments Fr (0-12), Fr (24-32) and in engine-room. Hand pump mounted in cockpit.
Outlet of bilge water foreseen by hoses outboard.
9.3.2. Deck washing system.
Electrical pump - FDC2700 mounted in engine-room for deck washing (max. output - 46 l/min., power supply - 16V), with set for deck washing.
9.3.3. Water-supply system
Yacht water-supply system includes fresh water system and outboard water system.
Fresh water system provides supply of cold and hot fresh water for consumers (wash-stand mixers, galley sink and shower) from fresh water tanks using hydrophore.
Yacht is equipped with:
- two removable fresh water tanks - 335 l each;
- hydrophore - HYDRF1220 (productivity - 17 l/min., pressure - 2.8 bar, power supply - 12V, pneumatic tank with tankage 19 l.);
- waterheater - WH55 volume 55 l, with capacity of heating element 1000 W(power supply - 220V).
Waterheater provides consumers with hot water during work of main engine and during anchorage.
Outboard water system provides supply with outboard water for w.c. pan washing, using electrical pumps of w.c. pan.
9.3.4. Ventilating system
Depending on type, yacht compartments ventilated by natural or combined ventilation.
Ventilation of salon provided by two cowls YOGI with dorade boxes WKYS2 (natural ventilation).
Ventilation of galley provided by extraction electro ventilators type FAN12 (productivity - 72 m3/h, power supply - 12V) and deck ventilator heads type UFO.
Ventilation Owner's cabin provided by two cowls JERRY type with dorade boxes WKJS2 (natural ventilation).
Ventilation of crew cabin provided by one cowl JERRY type with dorade boxes WKJS2 (natural ventilation).
Ventilation of engine-room in motion provided by ventilating shafts, executed from airway VHOSE178. For ventilation of engine-room with main-engine out-of-operation foreseen extraction electrical ventilator type VENT17812 (productivity - 12,5 m3/h, power supply - 12V).
Ventilation of two stern-cabins provided by two by two cowls JERRY type with dorade boxes WKJS2 and two vent heads DARTAGN2 type
Ventilation of bow and stern cabins WC provided by extraction electro ventilators type FAN12 (productivity - 72 m3/h, power supply - 12V) and deck ventilator heads type UFO.
Air intake in WC provides by airflow from adjacent compartments.
9.3.5. Drain system
Drain system provides:
- outlet of drain water from wash-stands and shower cabins of stern cabins goes to the tanks, located under floor of WC, and from tanks outboard by pumps. For this purposes mounted two dipping electrical pumps ATWOOD V750 type with float switches (maximum productivity - 2870 l/h, power supply - 12V);
- outlet of drain water from wash-stands and shower cabins of Owner's and crew cabins goes to the tanks located under floor of WC, and from tanks outboard by pumps. For this purposes mounted two dipping electrical pumps ATWOOD V750 type with float switches (maximum productivity - 2870 l/h, power supply - 12V);
- outlet of sewage from WC of stern cabins goes to the tank and from tank outboard or in coast tank. For this purposes in engine room mounted electrical pump type EMP13012 (maximum productivity - 20 l/min, power supply - 12 V);
- outlet of sewage from WC of owner's and crew cabins goes to the tank and from tank by pump outboard or in coast tank. For this purposes under the floor of the owner's cabin mounted electrical pump type EMP13012 (maximum productivity - 20 l/min, power supply - 12 V);
- outlet of sewage from gakkey sink goes to the tank and from tank by pump outboard or in coast tank. For this purpose used electric pump of stern cabins WC. Switching over of pump for outlet of sewage from different tanks provided by three-way valve, which is located in engine room.
Yacht is equipped with four w.c. pan with electrical flushing pumps.
Deck bushings (2 items) for outlet of sewage in costal tank located in the middle and bow parts of the yacht.
On yacht foreseen:
- three bilge tanks, capacity - 110 liters each. Two tanks located in engine room (on starboard and port side)
- one tank located under the floor in the owner's cabin.
9.3.6. Air conditioning system.
Conditioning system provides cooling/heating of air in all accommodations. Yacht equipped with three air conditioners provided by CLIMMA.
Two stern cabins maintained by air-conditioner 16RC, cold-productivity - 15232 Btu/h, heat productivity - 18000 Btu/h.
Saloon maintained by air-conditioner 22SLIM RC, cold-productivity - 21500 Btu/h, heat productivity - 24000 Btu/h.
Owner's and crew cabins maintained by air conditioner 16RC, cold-productivity - 15232 Btu/h, heat productivity - 18000 Btu/h.
Operation of conditioners is possible if temperature of outboard 6-8 °Ñ and temperature of ambient air 8-10 °Ñ.
10. Electrical equipment
10.1. General information
Principal current - continuous, voltage 12V.
Electricity distributed by double-wire insulated system with the following volumes of electric potential:
- 12 V continuous power by double-wired for lighting, pump drive units, mechanisms, refrigerator, devices, signal lights, radio station and navigation devices.
- 220 V by monophase double-wired system for supply of charger, air-conditioners, cooking range and household appliances.
10.2. Main power-supply sources
10.2.1. Main power-supply source
Main power-supply source - storage batteries MVG12/140 with capacity 140Ah, 4 items, provided by MASTERVOLT, storage batteries located under the floor joined in groups of two item.. Storage batteries are of unwatched type. Storage batteries provide power supply for all consumers, required by the Rules during the necessary time.
10.2.2. Additional power supply source
Additional power supply source - generator of continuous power hang on main engine, voltage 14V, current 60 A, which is used for charging of storage batteries and for power supply on 12 V consumers during motion under main engine.
10.2.3. Auxiliary power-supply source
Auxiliary power supply source - diesel-generator of monophase alternating current 50 Hz, voltage 230V, 10kWA, Whisper8000 provided by MASTERVOLT. It's used for power supply of charger MASS 12/80-2, boiler, air-conditioners, galley equipment, sockets of household appliances.
10.3. Source for engine electric starter activation
For starting main engine used storage battery with voltage 12V, capacity 140Ah.
For starting diesel generator foreseen one storage battery, voltage 12V, capacity 85Ah.
Each storage battery provides 3 starts of the main engine and diesel generator.
Charging of main engine battery executed by hang on engine generator (voltage 14V) and auxiliary channel from charger, which is supplied from alternating current net (voltage 230V).
Charging of diesel generator battery executed by hang on engine generator (voltage 14V) and auxiliary channel from charger, which is supplied from alternating current net (voltage 230V).
10.4. Statical transducers
10.4.1. For storage batteries charging and power supply in electric box mounted charger MASS12/80-2, provided by MASTERVOLT, voltage 12V, main channel for current 80A and additional channel for current 3A, for charging starter storage batteries.
10.4.2. For transformation of continuous current with voltage 24V into alternating current with voltage 220V, frequency 50Hz in electric box mounted invertor SINE12/1200 provided by MASTERVOLT. On control panel placed remote control panel of charger and invertor.
10.5. Electrical power distribution
Electrical power distributed to two-wire insulated system.
10.5.1. For electrical power distribution with voltage 12V used:
· switchboard with continuous current 12V MASTERVOLT;
· panel with automatic switch for consumers supply, MASTERVOLT;
· switch of storage batteries, multifunctional;
10.5.2. For electrical power distribution of alternating current with voltage 230V used electrical board MASTERVOLT.
From network 220V power supply takes:
10.5.3. Reception of electrical power from cost fulfilled by flexible cable with socket connector.
10.6. Electric drives
10.6.1. As electric drives of pumps and ventilators used direct-current motor with voltage 12V. Control under drives provided from control panel with automatic switches mounted in electric box.
10.6.2. Windlass control devices.
Windlass control provided by:
- remote control desk located on guide post;
- handheld station, connected to the special socket.
10.7. Cables and cable run
For power supply of consumes foreseen cable with copper thread, destined for using on ships of unlimited navigation area
Allowable continuous heating temperature of cable threads+65°Ñ.
Fitting of cables on yacht fulfilled on standard constructions.
On the upper deck and in all necessary places where radio noise protection is necessary used screened cable.
In all quarters used buried wiring.
Cable run through watertight bulkheads and decks fulfilled though cable boxes and sealing glands.
In places of possible damages cables lay in pipes or protected by casings.
10.8. Protective grounding
Metal housings of stationary mounted electrical equipment, operated with voltage 230V, electrically joined with hull using bonding. For the avoidance of electrolytic corrosion between dissimilar metals placed gaskets from insulating materials.
Foreseen grounding of hull on coastal grounding connection during supply of yacht from coastal source by third cable conductor of supply from coast.
In upper point of mast mounted lightning-conductor, connected with hull with help of bonding (bonding section - 150 mm2).
10.9. Electric lighting
Illumination of accommodations corresponds the requirements of Rule.
For lighting used lamps provided by CANTALUPI with incandescent lamps with voltage 12V.
In quarters for general illumination used lamps with incandescent lamps type Charlboy, for local illumination used lamps type "Pacifik", "Vienna" and "Alfa".
In galley for cooking range illumination used lamp type "Tebe".
In engine room, forepick, after-peak and WC mounted lamps type "Domenika", provided by VETUS.
In outdoor lighting involved searching light with remote control from control panel, lamps for illuminating deck and cockpit.
Indoor and outdoor lighting switch on by switches located on bulkheads.
Local illumination switch on by build inn lamps switchers.
10.10. Signal lights
On yacht installed set of signal-side lights according the requirements, which provide safety of sailing:
side light (red and green) 2 items;
masthead light 1 item;
stern light 1 item;
anchor light 1 item;
Foreseen set of auxiliary lamps.
Power supply and control of listed lights fulfilled from control board of signal-side lights.
Voltage of power supply of signal-side lights is 12V direct current.
10.11. Sound and visual warning facilities
As sound warning on yacht foreseen electric horn. Control under horn provided from control panel.
As visual warning used signal figures and flags provided by Customer.
11. Communication, navigation and signaling facilities
11.1. General facilities
On yacht foreseen communications facilities according to requirements of Global Maritime System of Communication in Emergency and provide of safety (GMSCE) for this ship.
Radio equipment completed only plug-in spare parts according to standards of Maker.
